Tashkent pilot · Investment round open

A place you can trust with your ride

A closed 32-box park next to home — for bikes, scooters, strollers and wheelchairs. Two revenue streams: box subscriptions and hyperlocal ads on the park screens. Nothing like it exists in Uzbekistan yet.

Problem

4 different needs. One problem: nowhere to store them.

A bicycle, a scooter, a stroller and a wheelchair
  • Bicycle
  • Scooter
  • Stroller
  • Wheelchair

Customers — residents who need convenient, secure storage next to home.

  • Leave it in the stairwell

The hallway fills up and gets in the neighbours’ way.

  • Carry it home

    Heavy and awkward.

  • Leave it outside

It gets stolen, and rain and snow wear it out fast.

Where do people keep them today?

SERGAK

The only option that meets all 5 protection and convenience criteria is SERGAK. It is not free: $25 a month.

Solution

Scan a QR code. Your own box opens.

A closed 32-box park next to home. Every customer has their own electronic lock, and the park is monitored remotely 24/7.

  1. Scan

Scan the QR code on the panel with your phone — your box opens.

  2. Place

Put your ride in: the floor slides out and the wheel goes into the holder.

  3. Lock

Close the door — the electronic lock locks by itself.

  • 78% of revenue comes from LED advertising.
  • Without ads the parks cover running costs at 80% occupancy, but never return the investment — payback depends on ads.

What could go wrong — and our answer

  • Too few advertisers

This is the key risk: without ads a park (pitch costs) only covers running costs at 80% occupancy and the investment does not come back. So advertising contracts are the first thing the pilot tests.

  • Low demand for boxes

The 10% hypothesis is tested by a survey of the homes around each park. The pilot starts with 5 parks — a mistake stays cheap.

  • Sites and permits

Management companies and mahalla committees provide the site and the power supply.

  • Theft and vandalism

An electronic lock on every space, 4 cameras, a 24/7 alarm; talks with the police have been held and the ministry plans prevention activities.

  • No tax exemption

The no-exemption case (4% turnover tax) is in the calculator — see how the payback changes.

  • Manufacturing

Technical drawings are ready, and there are agreements with factories.
